Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our agricultural food products, BigMakhana generally does not accept returns once a wholesale shipment has been delivered and signed for.

Filing a Claim

If you receive a shipment that is damaged, defective, or varying significantly from the agreed-upon grade (e.g., 5 Suta vs 6 Suta), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement shipment or account credit on your next wholesale order. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis exclusively through our customer success managers.
